In the beginning of March I gave a presentation at this year’s IntraTeam Event about our Yammer journey at Grundfos which was very well received. On the back of this I was asked by Simply Communicate (a UK community for internal comms) if I was willing to be interviewed about our experiences with Yammer. One interview and some weeks later, the article has now been published.
Some people have mixed feelings about being interviewed but for me, personally, I always see it as a good chance to reflect on what we have learned over the time. You often end up with your nose buried in the track and rarely have the time to think about the bigger picture of what you are doing. You feel confident that you are going in the right direction but if you don’t take the time to orientate yourself every once in a while there is a good chance that you might be heading in the wrong direction.
I’m not going to write a lengthy summary of the article – in stead I recommend that you grab a cuppa and take a little time to read it yourself. For my part, I can only say that it was – once again – great to get a chance to reflect and the fact that I was able to tell a coherent story tells me that we are heading in the right direction and I hope you get that impression too as well as some useful tips for your own journey.
